Judge Crito's Arguments:

R1722 states, "A new Currency is created when an entity
which has Mint Authority publicly posts a message stating
that e is doing so, provided that also e states in that
message the values of all properties which the Rules
require of Currencies."

root's creation message states, "I create a nameless Currency,
with MUQ 1. The Mintor and Recordkeepor are myself."

The only value-assignable properties required by the Rules of
Currencies that I can find are MUQ, Mintor and Recordkeepor.
One might argue that the property of being a "Property" is also
required by the Rules, but I think it a reasonable interpretation
that R1722 refers to properties which have assignable values,
not those which are required to have the value of TRUE.
Therefore, since the Rules do not require Currencies to have
a name, I judge this CFJ TRUE.
